Dr. Calvin Treat to Retire and Leadership Transitions Announced

Key leadership changes will take effect January 1, 2026. Jim Robinson has been appointed Chief Executive Officer, succeeding company founder Rob Robinson, who will transition to the Rob-See-Co Board of Directors. In addition, General Manager Dr. Calvin Treat will retire at the end of 2025, concluding a distinguished career in the seed and trait industry.
